Job Description

Job Title: Senior IT Manager - End User Computing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our End User Computing (EUC) team in delivering exceptional user experiences across all devices and platforms. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategy, management, and support of all end-user computing services, ensuring our employees have the tools they need to work efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize end-user computing environments, enhance user experience, and maximize productivity across our sites.
  • Lead and manage the EUC team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support services to our staff.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the EUC team, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and support the evolving needs of our stakeholders.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the EUC team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer service within the EUC team.
