HR Benefits & Wellbeing Analyst

Howden Group is seeking an HR Benefits & Wellbeing Analyst to manage and improve our benefits programs across the organization.

As an HR Benefits & Wellbeing Analyst, you will help streamline benefits administration and contribute innovative solutions to enhance our employee offerings. You will also support our Wellbeing strategy by promoting employee engagement and wellness education throughout the company.

Please note that this is a full-time, permanent role based in our Central London office. You will follow a hybrid work pattern and be expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week on average.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assuring good data management and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Dealing with sensitive employee correspondence suitably
  • Effective partnering with the Howden Employee Benefits team and HR Business Partners
  • Working closely with HR Employee Services and Payroll to ensure efficient processing of employee cost changes
  • Delivering high-quality advice to the business in a practical and simplified manner
  • Providing relevant information and ad hoc reporting to senior management
  • Managing assigned tasks and contributing to wider benefits projects as required

Prior experience in an HR assistant, coordination, or similar role is preferred. Familiarity with Workday and/or experience in benefits or wellbeing administration is advantageous.
