An exceptional chance has arisen for a skilled solicitor to become part of our Wills and Probate Team in Sheffield.

This partner-led team provides comprehensive legal and tax expertise to help clients plan effectively for their future, handling complex estates with international elements.

The team offers services including:

  • Wills - advising on, drafting, and executing
  • Trusts - setting up and administering trusts to manage money, property, or investments for specific individuals or purposes
  • Wealth Management - advising on investments and wealth-holding structures
  • Succession Planning - planning for the future to ensure our clients' businesses continue to thrive

About You

We are seeking individuals with a passion for estate planning work and proven experience working on complex estates or with high net worth individuals. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to take instructions from clients and provide sound legal advice
  • Experience working on or assisting with high-value, complex case matters
  • Proven ability to manage their own caseload while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail and client service
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong technical knowledge specifically across wills, LPAs, and trusts
  • A desire for business development
