About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at QED Legal. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex and high-value matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of high net worth clients, providing expert advice on estate planning and administration.
  • Advise on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in the field.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years PQE in Private Client law.
  • Experience of advising high net worth clients.
  • Strong understanding of estate planning and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
