Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Defence Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, which is essential for maintaining our compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and execute audits and assessments to ensure adherence to our QMS.
  2. Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
  3. Maintain and improve quality metrics to ensure QA Compliance.
  4. Support external quality audits, assessments, and visits by customers and authorities.
  5. Coordinate timely responses and resolutions to quality issues identified.
  6. Assist in developing quality plans and proposals.
  7. Support source inspections, delegate product review verification activities, and facilitate concession applications.
  8. Participate in engineering design project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal QMS requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record of quality/business improvement experience.
