Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading project teams to manage activities, performance and reporting for a range of R&D projects
  • Providing advice to project technical leads and team members on the development of R&D proposals, and subsequent mobilisation and delivery of those projects
  • Ensuring R&D projects are managed correctly, reporting progress at key stage gate reviews, and keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Coordinating monthly financial and progress reviews and reporting for a range of R&D projects within the Technology Management portfolio

An estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £100,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a STEM related degree or equivalent experience, with management of engineering projects involving the introduction of new technologies. They will also need experience working on large or complex engineering projects, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and Chartership, or evidence of working towards.
