As a Total Rewards Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Total Rewards solutions in line with our company's philosophy and strategy.

You will develop, review and implement pay and reward initiatives, define compensation structures and benchmark research using HRIS.

Additionally, you will present data to HR colleagues and business leaders, as well as coach, train and advise HRBPs and business leaders on rewards programmes.

Location: Flexible / Hybrid (anywhere in Europe). We offer a remote work option and expect occasional European travel.
