Job Title: Youth Justice Service Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Justice Service Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of children across our youth justice provision, undertaking assessments, planning, and interventions to support their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies to manage and reduce risks to children, victims, and communities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support vulnerable children, adopting a child-first approach.
  • Involve children and families in the review and design of services, promoting meaningful participation to influence service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject area, such as youth justice, probation, youth work, social work, or teaching.
  • Equivalent level of knowledge and skill gained through relevant experience and employment.
