We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team at Heat Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency specializing in financial services.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and money laundering processes are adhered to. They will also be required to meet client service standards and service levels agreements, provide high-quality reports to clients, and establish effective communication lines with the IFA's, Paraplanners, and administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
  • Produce high-quality reports outlining recommendations and reasons behind them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner (minimum 1 year)
  • Degree or diploma in finance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: £35,000 per annum
