Job Title: Digital Marketeer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketeer to join our team at Retail Technology. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy to increase reach, engagement, and leads.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content and promote our brand.
  • Track and report on post-performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports detailing activity and performance against KPIs.
  • Assist with managing campaigns, new product launches, and events marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Creative mindset and strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to write and optimize AI copy.
  • Strong customer focus and friendly approach to prospects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
