Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed, person-centered support plans
  • Support individuals in financial planning, medication self-administration, and regular health reviews
  • Tailor the environment to meet individual needs
  • Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision, and training processes
  • Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem's Quality Assurance framework
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including flexible pay with Wagestream, utility bill savings, and access to online GP services.
