Embedded Systems Developer Position

Description: We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, modifying, and enhancing various security technologies. You will collaborate with experts in electronics design, software engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, and other specialties. A strong background in telecommunications, aerospace, scientific, radar, radio, or complex communication technologies is ideal but not essential. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in developing embedded systems using C/C++ programming languages.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing, modifying, and enhancing various security technologies
- Collaborating with experts in electronics design, software engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, and other specialties
- Contributing to the development of new technologies, including radio, satellite, communications, radar, sensors, and other complex technologies used in defence, aerospace, telecommunications, and cutting-edge sectors
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Substantial experience in developing embedded systems using C/C++ programming languages
- Prior experience in telecommunications, aerospace, scientific, radar, radio, or complex communication technologies (desirable)
- Security clearance (may be required for certain roles)
