We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our EMEA revenue operations team.

This role is instrumental in driving growth and efficiency within the SDR team, working closely with EMEA Sales leadership and Revenue Operations teams.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving strategy and daily operations, impacting the business and its results. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Working closely with EMEA Rev Ops & Regional Sales Development leadership teams to assist with deployment of operational aspects of Outbound programs, procedures and policies.
  2. Collaborating with Sales Leadership to drive data-influenced decisions and identify pain points across the marketing funnel.
  3. Leading data meetings and supporting day-to-day operations for the SDR function, ensuring salesforce data hygiene and pipeline opportunity management cycles.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations roles or similar, with strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience presenting data to management and translating complex trends into actionable insights is essential.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
