As an Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing our £2 million stock holding, ensuring timely and accurate completion of Goods In (Warehouse) tasks, and investigating stock discrepancies.

You will have the autonomy to take charge of your workload and collaborate with various departments to drive our projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate completion of Goods In (Warehouse)
  • Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note
  • Investigate stock discrepancies inform relevant colleagues and amend stock accordingly
  • Process cross docked special orders
  • Completion of Goods In nonconformance reports
  • Releasing of orders
