We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical team and drive the development of our AI-driven digital twin platform. The successful candidate will have experience in leading complex software products, particularly AI and simulation-driven platforms. They will be responsible for ensuring our technology's scalability, efficiency, and continuous innovation, while aligning technical efforts with business objectives. This role requires strong fundraising skills, particularly with venture capital, and the ability to lead technical discussions during due diligence processes.

The CTO will also be responsible for guiding and supporting a collaborative technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. They will work closely with data scientists, AI experts, and key stakeholders to optimise and enhance product offerings. Additionally, they will stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Kallikor maintains a competitive edge. An estimated annual salary for this position is £120,000 - £180,000, depending on location and experience.
