About the Role

Ruskin Mill Trust is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in our Outdoor, Land and Craft Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment
  • Assist in the delivery of the Outdoor, Land and Craft Curriculum, promoting student engagement and participation
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting their social and emotional well-being

What We Offer

Ruskin Mill Trust offers a competitive salary of £23,590, which includes a market supplement for Teaching Assistants. Additionally, you will receive a Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality education. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
