Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ruskin Mill Trust.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with our teaching staff to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in a 1:1 or small group setting
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Monitor and record student progress
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,590
  • A welcome bonus of £1500 (subject to tax/NI) after successful completion of the 6-month probation period
