Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Business Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support to various sections of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets for projects and spends
  • Assess and respond to business needs, providing expert financial advice
  • Maintain and develop systems for budgeting and financial reporting
  • Provide monthly forecasting and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with Business Managers to ensure effective financial decision-making

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to effectively present financial information
  • Drive for professional development and continuous learning
  • Understanding of financial spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • AAT qualified or qualified by experience
  • Experience in a similar role within a housing environment

About the Role:
