About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our business, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth strategy and enabling local companies to recruit the workforce they need from their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial guidance and support to various sections of the business, working closely with the Business Finance Team.
  • Ensure accurate budgets are applied to appropriate projects and spends, maintaining and developing systems for budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Assess and respond to business needs, providing timely and effective financial advice.
  • Deliver monthly forecasting, including performance variance analysis, to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Business Managers to provide expert advice on spend and financial management.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with a strong understanding of financial spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to effectively and accurately present financial information, with a drive for professional development.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Great level of literacy and numeracy skills, with AAT qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within a housing environment.
