As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, management, and supervision to ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with our organizational values.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and statutory obligations.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the financial sustainability of the service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service and support their career development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Recognized nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration.
- Substantial experience in managing care teams or supervisory/management experience in a care environment.
- Strong people and communication skills with excellent customer service.
- Thorough understanding of financial data and ability to manage budgets.
- Experience of a range of different departments (e.g., therapies, transport, catering, administration, care, and maintenance) is advantageous.
