As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, management, and supervision to ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with our organizational values.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and statutory obligations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the financial sustainability of the service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service and support their career development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Recognized nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration.
  • Substantial experience in managing care teams or supervisory/management experience in a care environment.
  • Strong people and communication skills with excellent customer service.
  • Thorough understanding of financial data and ability to manage budgets.
  • Experience of a range of different departments (e.g., therapies, transport, catering, administration, care, and maintenance) is advantageous.
