c£80,000 + excellent bonus + LITP

Kent

A key member of the senior management team will be responsible for forming and executing a go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining senior level client relationships and playing a key part in new bids and tenders.

This is an opportunity to join a great business in a key role. As such, you'll be well rewarded, including a long term incentive plan tied to future growth/exit plans for the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Agency-side recruitment experience is essential for this position.
  • Adept at building and maintaining senior level client relationships.
  • Comfortable in front of existing clients, attending service review meetings.
