Interim Accounts Receivable Specialist

At Mpeople Recruitment, we are currently seeking an experienced Interim Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's Transactional Finance team. As an AR Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales process for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the entire cash process, promptly investigating and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Import daily cash processing reports onto the SAP system.
  • Communicate and correctly document any discrepancies and forgery incidents.
  • Post debtors' invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate allocation of cash receipts to customer accounts.
  • Reconcile monthly cash and card General Ledgers, including writing off within specified thresholds and investigating discrepancies beyond those thresholds.
