We are currently seeking an influential Area Specification Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, covering the Northwest/North Wales region, and develop a territory with autonomy.
You will be responsible for securing new build/refurbishment specifications through liaison with Architects, Building Surveyors, Local Authorities, and Main/Approved Contractors.
- Nurture existing business and grow new opportunities
- Sell via the specification sales route
- Deliver CPD presentations
- Track and oversee projects from conception through to completion
- Achieve customer satisfaction through effective territory management
- Stay up-to-date with competitors' products and market trends
- Maintain knowledge of the latest safety legislations and regulations
- Ensure Mase Consulting Ltd maintains its market-leading position
- Attend activity meetings and industry events
- Work collaboratively to meet sales targets
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years' experience operating as a specification sales manager within the construction sector, comfortable delivering CPD presentations.
Experience in the roofing sector would be highly advantageous but not essential.
You must have a full driving license and demonstrate skills including:

- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- A consultative sales approach
- Commercial awareness
- IT Literacy
