We are currently seeking an influential Area Specification Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, covering the Northwest/North Wales region, and develop a territory with autonomy.

You will be responsible for securing new build/refurbishment specifications through liaison with Architects, Building Surveyors, Local Authorities, and Main/Approved Contractors.

  1. Nurture existing business and grow new opportunities
  2. Sell via the specification sales route
  3. Deliver CPD presentations
  4. Track and oversee projects from conception through to completion
  5. Achieve customer satisfaction through effective territory management
  6. Stay up-to-date with competitors' products and market trends
  7. Maintain knowledge of the latest safety legislations and regulations
  8. Ensure Mase Consulting Ltd maintains its market-leading position
  9. Attend activity meetings and industry events
  10. Work collaboratively to meet sales targets
About You

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years' experience operating as a specification sales manager within the construction sector, comfortable delivering CPD presentations.

Experience in the roofing sector would be highly advantageous but not essential.

You must have a full driving license and demonstrate skills including:

  • Autonomy and self-motivation
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • A consultative sales approach
  • Commercial awareness
  • IT Literacy
