Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Delay and Planning Team Lead to oversee our planning and delay team at Maxim Recruitment. This role requires expertise in forensic delay analysis, ADR, and management of contractual obligations.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough forensic analysis for ADR cases
  2. Manage the planning and delay team to ensure successful project delivery
  3. Monitor and control contractual obligations, including procurement and final accounts
  4. Collaborate with team members to determine schedules, programmes, and risks
  5. Prepare reports for negotiations and formal dispute resolution procedures
Essential Skills and Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project planning and formal disputes
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
