Job Details
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Support Worker to join our team in a thriving mainstream secondary school in Greenwich. The role involves providing tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access the curriculum and achieve their individual learning goals.

About the Role
This is a full-time, long-term position that requires commitment until the end of the academic year. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Key responsibilities include working closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement strategies that address each student's unique needs, fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment, and monitoring student progress.

Requirements
We are looking for an individual with prior experience in a child-based role, preferably within an educational or SEN setting. An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service is also required. Experience working with students with special educational needs is essential.
