About the Role:

As a dedicated SEND Support Worker, you will play a vital part in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Your role will involve building positive relationships with students, enhancing their confidence and self-esteem through tailored support, and assisting classroom teachers with educational activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with additional needs and be passionate about delivering exceptional care and education. You will work closely with our dedicated team to create personalized plans, ensuring each student receives the necessary support to reach their full potential.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment for students.
  • Develop positive relationships with students to enhance their confidence and self-esteem.
  • Assist classroom teachers with educational activities.
  • Offer individualized support to students in their learning journeys.
  • Participate in personal care duties as needed.

Requirements:
  • Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Recent experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
  • Ability to undergo child and adult DBS clearance.
