Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Customer Solutions Department in Haydock. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling incoming calls, and ensuring the accurate completion of paperwork.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Solutions Department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate completion of paperwork, including post and other administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Person Specification



  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong customer and supplier relationships.
  • Committed and target/action-focused.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
