Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Customer Solutions Department in Haydock. As an integral part of our team, you will provide administrative support, handle incoming calls, and ensure the accurate completion of paperwork, including post. Your role will involve assisting in all aspects of the administration of the Operational Excellence Team, ensuring that all processes are followed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of the department, ensuring that all processes are followed effectively.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the onboarding process are in place for new Speedy & Partner starters, including access to internal systems.
  • Book training sessions with Learning & Development for all Speedy & Partner new starters.
  • Book training sessions with the Training & Development Manager & the Training Support Co-Ordinator as required for personnel.
  • Book new supplier workshops for product knowledge.
  • Perform ad hoc administration duties as required.
  • Liaise with all parts of Speedy to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction is exceeded.
  • Promote effective communication with our Customers, Speedy business, and Suppliers.
  • Make recommendations for process improvement and deliver training.
  • Responsible for your personal continuous development by actively participating in ongoing training programmes.

  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Capable of developing strong customer and supplier relationships.
  • Committed and target/action focused.
  • Can adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation.
