We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's team near Hickstead, working closely with financial advisers and mortgage advisers to provide expert administrative support and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include producing accurate client portfolio valuations from various investment providers, preparing detailed quotations and application forms, processing new business applications, generating Letters of Authority, and ensuring compliance requirements are met on all cases.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality client portfolio valuations, incorporating data from multiple investment sources.
  • Prepare comprehensive quotations, application forms, and fund fact sheets for advisors.
  • Process new business applications efficiently, updating the client database and maintaining daybook records.
  • Generate Letters of Authority for new clients in a timely manner.
  • Produce relevant Letters/Forms for switches and encashments.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are strictly adhered to on all new business cases.
  • Regularly follow up on new business cases and existing business inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services sector, proficiency in MS Office, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

This part-time position is based in the office, ideally 3 days a week. Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
