I am working with a client that has a small office based in West Sussex that has a vacancy for a full time administrator to work alongside a Financial Advisor and Senior Administrator.
This role would suit someone who is seeking a small office environment and happy to work alone on occasions.
The role is supporting the Senior Administrator with day to day financial planning administration support.
Full training will be provided, however someone with a administrative background will certainly be able to do this role with ease.
The duties:
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage and organise office files, documents, and records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and update the calendar
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events as needed
- Provide general administrative support.
Skills/ Experiences
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to computerise information accurately and efficiently
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
- Experience with data entry and maintaining records is preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Pay: £20,000.00-£250,000.00 per year
