Ground Control is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team on the Severn Trent contract in the Leicester area.

We are looking for an experienced individual to carry out a range of horticultural duties, including grass cutting, hedge cutting, spraying, and general grounds maintenance tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have previous knowledge and experience in grounds maintenance, be able to operate equipment safely and effectively, and hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

Key Requirements:

  • Operate equipment in accordance with experience and training.
  • Grounds maintenance knowledge and experience.
  • Able to carry out physically demanding tasks.
  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Able to work safely within guidance and legislation.
  • Experience in a similar job role.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
