Job Overview
We are currently seeking a senior project engineer to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and managing the performance of projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide expert guidance on project planning, execution, and close-out
- Lead and direct cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Promote a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement
Education and Qualifications
- Degree/HND/HNC in engineering or equivalent
- Proven track record in project management with a background in engineering or supervision
Additional Information
This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, based on experience. Additional benefits include a company car allowance, discretionary bonus scheme, company pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, access to company healthcare scheme, and EV/hybrid car lease scheme.
