About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Experience Manager to join our team at Bannatyne. As the first point of contact for existing and potential members, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving net member movement. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to manage the centrally based marketing plan, convert leads into new members, and build relationships with members and guests. You will also gain a strong knowledge of the club departments and their services to maximize the customer experience.

Some key responsibilities include handling queries and calls from members, managing membership databases, organizing member events, and supporting new members with their 'Start Smart' journey.
