Factory Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Plant Director and other teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the highest performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring optimal time allocation and scheduling efficiency
  • Manage and maintain calendars, preparing and distributing internal and external correspondence, including emails and reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations, as well as prepare and submit expense reports as needed
  • Support the Plant Director with presentations and preparation for meetings, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Assist with onboarding new Leadership Team members, facilitating orientation and other activities
  • Provide liaison support between Leadership team members and external stakeholders, conveying information accurately and promptly
