Job Description

Victoria Lindfield Associates is seeking a skilled Global Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front of House function and managing office operations.

The ideal candidate will have relevant secretarial, administrative and/or office management experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth running of the Front of House function.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Partners and Associates, including diary management, travel arrangements and correspondence.
  • Oversee budgets and manage expenses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
