Retirement Development Coordinator

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at our retirement development in Croft Lodge, Aldridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring that residents receive exceptional customer service and support.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, including staff supervision and maintenance coordination
* Develop and implement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and engagement
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in administration or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
