Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Secretary to join our team at Renfrewshire Council. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of office procedures, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Member Services Section.
  • Assist with financial transactions, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient and able to work well under pressure. A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered for this exciting opportunity.
