Job Title: Inclusion and Organisational Development Manager

Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our inclusion and organisational development efforts. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to address inequalities, improving organisational culture, and enhancing staff satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles, as well as experience in organisational development and staff engagement. They will be responsible for developing and coordinating data-driven initiatives, designing and delivering training programmes, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop policies and practices that promote equality and respect. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Flexible working arrangements and a range of benefits are also available.
