  • Liaise with all departments to compile submission documents, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Manage Tender Queries and Clarifications, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Compile final pricing in the required format, undertaking a detailed commercial review with senior management prior to submission.
  • Compile and submit all bid documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organise and attend client post-tender meetings, providing updates on the tender process.
Requirements:
  • Possess a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tender documents.
  • Be able to review and understand engineering specifications, work scopes, and drawings.
  • Have a high level of maths and IT skills, with proficiency in software applications.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact closely with other members of the bid team and other disciplines.
  • Be flexible to cope with fluctuating workload and client deadlines.
  • Possess a considerable knowledge of civil engineering and the construction industry, with particular regard to the EHV-related civils arena, groundworks, reinforced concrete, substation civils, trenching, ducting, and cable installation.
