Audit Manager Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and being the point of contact for any questions or queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the audit process from planning through to completion
  • Review work prepared by the audit team
  • Review corporation tax returns, including capital allowances computations
  • Assist with the training and development of junior staff members
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified, have previous audit experience within an accountancy practice environment, and have 2+ years post-qualification experience. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work well within a team, and excellent tax knowledge, particularly in corporation tax.

Audit Manager Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification
  • Previous audit experience
  • Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Audit Manager Position Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus, 35 hours per week, flexible and hybrid working, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, regular social events, and access to company employee benefits portal.
