Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Aldershot. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with our housekeeping team to ensure that our rooms are clean and tidy, and that our guests have everything they need to make their stay comfortable.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, including cocktails and meals.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our hotel by participating in team meetings, providing feedback, and suggesting ways to improve our services.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate, up to £ per hour.
  • A fixed-term contract until 13th October 2024, with guaranteed hours of 15 per week across 3 days.
