Sustainability Manager

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Officer to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to reduce the company's environmental impact and promote social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce carbon emissions, energy consumption, and waste.
- Promote social responsibility within the organization and supply chain, ensuring diversity and ethical practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop commercial sustainability initiatives that benefit the business.
- Provide guidance on emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and opportunities, and create business cases for adoption.
- Support the sales function in client-facing meetings and presentations, highlighting the company's sustainability credentials.
- At least 3+ years of experience in business sustainability, preferably in an industrial, construction, or technical environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
