Healthcare Administrative Coordinator

This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a diverse team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare to patients. You will also contribute to the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate healthcare to patients by supporting and welcoming them into services in a way that meets their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team in the assigned team and provide cover across the Trust's administrative resource.
- File all paperwork appropriately.
- Provide cover across the POD as and when required.
- Ensure all procedures are followed regarding data capture for service-specific outcomes.
- Provide an excellent standard of service to patients at all times.
- Adhere to trust-wide standard operating procedures and policies developed for clinical administrative processes and participate in their development.
- Photocopying, filing.
- Answering phones.
- Greeting relatives as they enter the ward.
- Booking follow-up appointments.
- Booking Transport.
