Job Description:

Cobalt Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead our team in major partnerships and developments across the region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a growing developer and take on a large team management role. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects through the development process, with strong financial and planning acumen.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Development Project Planning: Develop and implement plans for major partnerships and developments.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and timeframe.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading major urban developments.
  • Public / private partnerships and joint venture experience.
  • Excellent communication, written and numerical skills.
  • A dedicated, hard-working and team-oriented individual.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
