As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing candidates in schools, building relationships with schools and candidates, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description

In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to learn the ropes of educational recruitment. You will work closely with our experienced team members to identify and recruit top talent for our clients, ensuring that we meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

We estimate this role to be paid around £19,000-£24,000 per year, depending on experience. As a permanent full-time position, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a well-established recruitment company.
