Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £12 per hour plus 25p mileage, with opportunities for career progression and professional development. In addition to a generous pension scheme and paid training, you will also receive uniform and PPE provided, as well as access to a range of employee benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, and an annual leave entitlement of 28 days (pro rata).
Job DescriptionAs a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients with personal care, medication management, and daily living activities. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each client receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
You will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues. A calm and empathetic approach is essential, as you will often work in situations where clients may be vulnerable or experiencing challenging behaviors.
