Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production team at our flagship site in Hawes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing process improvements, managing production schedules, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage production schedules and inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements
