About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing industrial automation solutions that improve production efficiency and product quality. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who can make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement industrial automation solutions to improve production efficiency and product quality
* Collaborate with design teams to optimize product performance and manufacturability
* Troubleshoot production issues and identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement
* Work closely with the shop floor and engineering teams to bring rapid results

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in product design, fluid flow, rotating equipment, or leading projects
* Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software (Solid Works) and inspection equipment (CMM, Vernier, and Micrometers)
* Excellent planning and organizing skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative office space – design reviews, process documentation may require working in an office setting

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
