We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bodyshop Manager to lead our team in Hartlepool. As a successful Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results.

About the Opportunity:

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction, quality control, and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of bodyshop staff to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and cooperation across departments.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring costs are minimized while achieving business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance performance.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role, preferably in a car dealership environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of success in motivating and inspiring teams.
  • A strong understanding of Bodyshop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
  • A relevant qualification in automotive body repair or equivalent is highly desirable.
