Job Description

Igloo is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Preparations Technician to join our team in a busy and fast-paced bodyshop.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles prior to painting, working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work on a variety of vehicles, including small family cars and light commercial vehicles.
  • Prior experience of working within an automotive bodyshop is essential for this role.
  • Hold a full category B driving licence with a maximum of 6 points for minor offences.

  • A thorough understanding of vehicle preparation processes and procedures.
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation and Benefits
